Refund Eligibility

At AriaVelvet, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Items are eligible for refund within 30 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
  • Original packaging intact
  • Proof of purchase provided (order number or receipt)

Final sale items (marked as such) are not eligible for refunds.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Log in to your AriaVelvet account
  2. Navigate to "Order History"
  3. Select the item(s) you wish to return
  4. Follow the return instructions
  5. Package your return securely
  6. Ship using the provided return label

We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Your refund will be credited to your original payment method
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact our customer service within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damage/defect
  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund

In such cases, we will cover return shipping costs.

International Returns

For international orders:

  • Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
  • Please ensure proper customs documentation to avoid delays
